Product Description
DLSS supplies Copper-Nickel ASTM B111 C70600 (O61) seamless low finned tubes, specially designed for oil cooler pipe applications. These tubes are manufactured with integral low fins on the outer surface to enhance heat transfer efficiency while maintaining the excellent seawater and oil corrosion resistance of CuNi 90/10 alloy.
Material C70600 (UNS C70600, CuNi 90/10) consists of 90% copper and 10% nickel, with iron and manganese additions that provide superior resistance to seawater corrosion, erosion, and biofouling. The O61 annealed condition ensures good ductility and workability, making the tubes suitable for bending and fabrication in cooler systems.
