Tube Processing & Customization
Custom processing requirements are reviewed according to the tube material, dimensions, exchanger drawing and applicable manufacturing requirements.

Custom Sizes & Long Length Tubes
Project-specific OD, wall thickness, finished length and straightness are reviewed together with manufacturing, inspection, packing and transportation requirements.

U-Bending
Drawing-based U-bending with specified centerline radius, straight-leg length, wall-thinning and ovality limits, alignment and post-bend requirements.

Heat Treatment & Solution Annealing
Grade-specific heat-treatment requirements are reviewed against the material standard, manufacturing route and forming operations. Treatment records are provided where required.

Finned Tube Manufacturing
Integral low-fin and high-frequency welded fin requirements are reviewed for material combinations, finished geometry, wall or attachment requirements and inspection criteria.

BA / EP Surface Finish
Bright-annealed and electropolished surface options for applicable stainless steel projects, with finish, roughness and cleanliness requirements agreed before processing.
Inspection & Documentation Support
Inspection methods, acceptance criteria, document requirements and witness points are agreed before production.

Testing & Inspection
Dimensional checks, applicable NDE, pressure testing and material verification are planned according to the product standard and agreed inspection requirements.

EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2
Inspection-document requirements are reviewed before production. Certificate type, supporting records and validation arrangements are confirmed as part of the project inspection plan.

Third-Party Inspection
Document reviews, witness inspections and release requirements are coordinated with the agreed inspection organization or purchaser’s representative.

Availability, Packing & Delivery
Availability, inspection schedules and shipping arrangements are reviewed against the actual grade, dimensions, quantity and delivery destination.

Stock & Urgent Delivery
Stock availability, production options and inspection schedules are reviewed for replacement, shutdown and urgent tube requirements. Lead times are confirmed for each order.

Packing & Global Delivery
Packing and handling arrangements are selected for tube length, material, bend or fin protection, bundle weight and the shipment route.
From Specification Review to Delivery
The project sequence is established according to the ordered material, tube form, processing requirements and inspection plan.
