Third-Party Inspection for Heat Exchanger Tubes
Independent inspection coordinated around your tube specification and project requirements.
DLSS coordinates third-party inspection for heat exchanger tube supply and processing projects, from scope review and inspection scheduling through on-site support, findings follow-up and documentation.
The inspection organization, scope, intervention points and reporting requirements are agreed before the relevant production activities.

Third-Party Inspection Scope
Inspection activities are selected according to the ordered product, manufacturing route, material specification and agreed inspection plan.

Specification & Document Review
Review the applicable purchase requirements, drawings, inspection plan and supporting procedures.

Material Identification & Traceability
Check material identification against certificates, heat numbers and the products presented for inspection.

Test Witnessing
Witness specified tests or sample identification at the agreed production stage.

Manufacturing Checkpoints
Attend agreed checks during processing, including forming, heat treatment or finning where specified.

Finished-Tube Inspection
Check the agreed dimensions, surface condition, tube geometry and identified quantities.

Packing & Marking Inspection
Verify specified protection, labels, packing references and shipment identification.

Inspection coverage is defined in the agreed scope. A visit does not automatically mean that every tube, operation or test has been independently witnessed.
Hold, Witness & Review Points
The inspection plan identifies the required intervention level for each activity and the party responsible for attendance, review or release.

Hold Point
Do not proceed beyond the defined stage without the required release or an authorized waiver permitted by the governing requirements.
Witness Point
Notify the designated party and provide the agreed opportunity to attend. Non-attendance is handled according to the approved inspection plan and notification procedure.
Review Point
Submit the specified documents or records for review at the agreed stage.
Required Release Before Proceeding
Notification & Attendance Arrangements
Document & Record Review
Point definitions, notice periods, release authority and non-attendance rules must be confirmed in the project ITP.
From Inspection Planning to Site Attendance
Inspection scheduling is coordinated with production readiness, required documents and the agreed witness or hold points.

Confirm the Inspection Arrangement
Prepare for Inspection
Issue the Inspection Notification
Support the Inspection Visit
Confirm the appointed organization, inspection scope, applicable requirements, reporting needs and site details.
Prepare the identified materials, required records, inspection access and test arrangements.
Coordinate the proposed date and activities according to the agreed notification period. Communicate schedule changes before attendance.
Provide access to the identified products, tests and records. Record findings and coordinate the required follow-up.
